Co-founder of AddÉnergie in 2009, Louis Tremblay is the leader of the headquarters in Quebec City, the manufacturing plant in Shawinigan and the central sales office in Mississauga, Ontario. As a precursor to electric transportation in Canada, Mr. Tremblay and his team have deployed the FLO network, the largest charging station network in Canada. In Quebec, an agreement was signed giving AddÉnergie an exclusive contract to supply and manage Hydro-Québec’s public charging stations network, the Electric Circuit. Louis Tremblay graduated from Laval University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and studied power electronics. He is also a Board member of Electric Mobility Canada (EMC) and the Innovative Vehicle Institute (IVI).
Daniel Mailloux plays a key role in the company, thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience. As an engineer, he has over thirty years of expertise in the fields of telecommunications, energy and product development. With AddÉnergie’s exponential growth, Daniel oversees several projects, particularly in production and Research and development management.
As an accountant, Ghislain Guillemette has over twenty-five years of experience in financial management, fundraising, accounting, certification and corporate taxes, in small companies as well as world-renowned firms. Ghislain has a confirmed talent for agile management of small and medium enterprises in fields such as technology and manufacturing.
Alexandre Louis has more than fifteen years of experience in the fields of sales and management with small, medium and large companies. He has led several machine to machine (M2M) solutions and data transmission projects. As head of AddÉnergie’s sales department, he is constantly seeking new ways of providing value to customers while motivating a team committed to providing quality service.
Holding a CPA – CGA’s degree, Claudia Dubois ensures the evolution of the business model in addition to the implementation of various procedures and optimization controls. Her experience as an auditor, tax expert and consultant in private and public companies has prepared her for the challenge of being AddÉnergie’s financial controller and in charge of human resources.
With a bachelor degree in computer science and mathematics from Laval University, André Garneau has worked as software architect, technical leader and consultant. He now leads the software department, which has the responsibility of developing and deploying AddÉnergie’s software solutions, web portals and mobile applications.
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Dominic Gagné oversees the customer service and the technical service department. He has worked in the field of electrical engineering since his graduation from Sherbrooke University.
Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, Dominic Poudrier is in charge of AddÉnergie’s production plant in Shawinigan, where every Level 2 and Level 3 EV charging stations are assembled. His multidisciplinary team always make sure that high level quality standards are met and even exceeded on every product fabricated in the plant. With more than 15 years of experience in production and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering from ETS, Dominic is an expert in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and efficient production management.
Martin Dufour brings more than 17 years of experience in electronic products and systems development in the fields of transportation, energy, telecom and industrial controls. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, pursued graduate studies in innovation management and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He leads and supports the team who ensures the development of new electrical, electronic and mechanical products.
Fabien Fayard has worked in the field of global and interactive marketing for nearly 20 years. Both analytical and creative, he is a customer relationship specialist who has worked in many areas in agencies and at the client side. Previously, he worked for small and large international companies in Europe and Canada, as well as experiences in entrepreneurship. He graduated from a French business school and obtained his MBA from HEC Montreal.
